Broadcaster-turned-host Yoon Young-mi expressed a tender farewell as she mourned the late Jeon Yu-seong.
Yoon Young-mi on the 26th posted on her social media, "Jeon Yu-seong teacher.....what do I do...ㅠ You were a kind man to me, senior Jeon Yu-seong," along with a photo showing Jeon Yu-seong during his lifetime. In the photo, Jeon Yu-seong is holding tea at Jirisan farm with a bright smile, capturing a simple moment of everyday life.
Yoon Young-mi recalled, "He was an elder who once came to Jirisan a long time ago, showed us everything over three days and kept making jokes that made us laugh," and added, "I remember him coming to Jirisan farm to drink soju all night in the early morning, filming YouTube with us, attending the Gwangju book launch talk for my book, and going to Muju Resort with us. He also visited Jeju Moomo-han House."
She added, "When I was publishing my manners book, he would often call to tell me stories of bad manners and encourage me to put them in the book," and said, "He kindly even made tea for me at Jirisan Jaebi Restaurant, and now Jirisan will feel empty," expressing her sorrow.
Finally, Yoon Young-mi expressed her condolences, saying, "May you rest peacefully in a good place… I will miss you very much. Your slow and peaceful voice, senior."
Meanwhile, Jeon Yu-seong died at around 9:05 p.m. on the 25th at Jeonbuk National University Hospital, where he had been hospitalized, as symptoms of pulmonary fibrosis worsened. He was 76 years old. The funeral hall is Seoul Asan Medical Center.<
