The group NMIXX (NMIXX) opened a trailer video for their first full-length album and announced the start of a new chapter.
NMIXX will release their first full-length album and the title track of the same name, "Blue Valentine" (Blue Valentine), on Oct. 13 and make a comeback. JYP Entertainment attracted K-pop fans' attention by releasing a new album trailer video on NMIXX's official social media channels at 12 a.m. on the 26th.
This trailer increased immersion with visuals that seemed to combine a short film and a fashion film. The video emphasized contrasting situations and expressions, such as the phrase "LOVE / HATE." Dramatic scenes unfold, like members touching each other's cheeks and joking around, then shifting to smiles and tears and shoulders being weighed down. Starting with a trailer that depicts the mixed feelings of love, curiosity is growing about what new story NMIXX will present with the new album.
Led by the title track "Blue Valentine," NMIXX showcases their prowess as a "hexagonal girl group" with a substantial first full-length album that includes a total of 12 tracks: "SPINNIN' ON IT" (SPINNIN' ON IT), "Phoenix" (Phoenix), "Reality Hurts" (Reality Hurts), "RICO" (RICO), "Game Face" (Game Face), "PODIUM" (PODIUM), "Crush On You" (Crush On You), "ADOR E U" (ADOR E U), "Shape of Love" (Shape of Love), "O.O Part 1 (Baila)" (O.O Part 1 (Baila)), and "O.O Part 2 (Superhero)" (O.O Part 2 (Superhero)).
In particular, Haewon showed a special sensibility by contributing to the songwriting of "PODIUM" and "Crush On You," and Lily wrote lyrics for "Reality Hurts."
Meanwhile, NMIXX will begin comeback activities on Oct. 13 at 6 p.m. with the full-length album "Blue Valentine" and the title track of the same name. They will hold their first solo concert and meet fans on Nov. 29 and 30.
