Actor Lee Dong-hwi expressed a wish to get married soon.
Lee Dong-hwi appeared on the 25th on the "JoJjaez" YouTube channel and shared his personal stories about marriage.
Lee Dong-hwi opened by saying, "I feel I need to be proactive about marriage," then confessed, "Because I really vaguely wanted to get married early."
He continued, "Now that I think about it, I feel I'm already late. Unlike recent trends... I feel like there's not much time left."
JoJjaez reacted, "Dong-hwi is really a dutiful son," and Lee Dong-hwi said, "If I have children late, my father and mother won't have much time to see those grandchildren either. It feels short, so I think, ah, I need to try this soon."
When JoJjaez asked, "Don't your parents say things like 'You keep cats so you won't get married'?" Lee Dong-hwi answered, "They say that a lot." Lee Dong-hwi is a well-known cat owner.
Lee Dong-hwi and model-turned-actress Jung Ho-yeon announced their breakup last November after nine years of dating. At the time, both agencies issued an official statement to OSEN saying, "It is true that the two have broken up. They have decided to remain good colleagues."
