HYBE's J-pop boy group aoen will release their new digital single Seishun Incredibles (청춘 인크레더블/春インクレディブル) on Oct. 15. It is their comeback about four months after their debut single The Blue Sun.
aoen (Yu Uju, Ruka, Hikaru, Sota, Kyosuke, Gaku, Leo)'s new record is a work themed on moments of youth and the excitement of first love. It includes three songs of varied colors: the title track Seishun Incredibles, MXMM (맥시멈), and Cough Syrup (코프 시럽).
The title track Seishun Incredibles is a song that expresses the pounding and unadorned feelings of a first love that comes like a miracle. Realistic lyrics and lively rock sound are in harmony. Jeff Miyahara, who has collaborated with many J-pop musicians, participated as a producer to raise the level of completion.
MXMM is an addictive love song in which humorous lyrics and intense sound create a contrast. It will also be used as the theme song for the Nippon TV-affiliated CTV drama (おいしい離婚とどけます), which premieres on Nov. 1. Another included track, Cough Syrup, newly reinterprets the audition program's final song that announced aoen's beginning into a seven-member version to show their growth.
aoen said this new record contains moments of youth and first love that many people may have experienced and that they hope many listeners will relate, adding that they would like people to feel their passion and new charms at the same time.
aoen is a seven-member boy group formed through Nippon TV's 응원-HIGH ~꿈의 START LINE~ between Feb. and Apr. They debuted as HYBE Music Group YX Labels' "next-generation stars," and quickly reached No. 1 on Oricon's daily single ranking (June 15) and received a gold certification from the Recording Industry Association of Japan (as of Jun. 2025), marking a successful start.
