Jun Hyun-moo of Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2 and Napoli Mafia trigger laugh-out-loud moments by showing a doppelgänger-level personality and polar-opposite mukbangs at the same time.
The 48th episode of the full-fledged real street food documentary Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2 (MBN and Channel S co-production), airing on the 26th (Fri.) at 9:10 p.m., shows Napoli Mafia (chef Kwon Seong-jun), the winner of Culinary Class Wars who stepped in for Jun Hyun-moo and Gwaktube (Gwak Jun-bin), radiating "soul mate" vibes at a genuine Mugyo-dong nakji-bokkeum restaurant with a 60-year tradition.
Declaring a "popular lined-up restaurant" special that day, Jun Hyun-moo hints, after the S Group chairman Chung Yong-jin–picked dak-gomtang restaurant, "This time we're going to Mugyo-dong, an area with government offices and a lot of workers." Napoli Mafia immediately answers like a chef, "Stir-fried octopus?" and then, unexpectedly hesitant, says, "I don't drink or smoke to protect my tongue..." In response, spice-pride leader Jun Hyun-moo reassures him, "It's a deliciously spicy place so it should be fine," and takes him to the genuine nakji-bokkeum restaurant.
Once seated in the restaurant, the two order cilantro-flavored and medium-flavored nakji-bokkeum and clamsoup to neutralize the heat. Then Jun Hyun-moo asks the question he's been curious about: "Where did you spend the 300 million won prize from Culinary Class Wars?" Napoli Mafia adds a very special reason, "I deliberately found a jeonse place for exactly 300 million won," and Jun Hyun-moo exclaims, "You're someone who builds successful routines well!" Furthermore, Napoli Mafia seals it by saying, "I decide everything in my life," and Jun Hyun-moo shivers and says, "My motto is 'I am the right answer,' too. We're doppelgängers~"
But the joy of a "soul mate" forming is short-lived. After tasting the Mugyo-dong nakji-bokkeum, Napoli Mafia surprises with a reversal by showing a Gwaktube-level spice sensitivity, saying, "It's spicy. It stabs." The mukbang scene of the two, who showed the "doppelgänger's reversal," at the lined-up Mugyo-dong nakji-bokkeum can be seen in episode 48 of Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2 on MBN and Channel S, airing on the 26th (Fri.) at 9:10 p.m.
