The SBS new Fri-Sat drama Would You Merry Me, which premieres Oct. 10 (Fri) (directed by Song Hyun-wook, Hwang In-hyuk / written by Lee Ha-na / produced by Samhwa Networks, Studio S), is a sweet and deadly 90-day fake marriage story about two people fighting to win a luxury newlywed home prize, and it stars dependable actor Choi Woo-shik (as Kim Woo-ju) and rom-com queen Jung So-min (as Yu Merry), making it a work expected to showcase solid acting synergy.
The third teaser for Would You Merry Me released today (25th) features Kim Woo-ju (played by Choi Woo-shik) and Yu Merry (played by Jung So-min) as a fake married couple, and shows Merry's ex-fiancé Kim Woo-ju (played by Seo Beom-joon) appearing before them, hinting at a whirlwind love line.
In the video, Woo-ju and Merry wear matching couple outfits and show affectionate skinship at every opportunity to avoid exposing their fake marriage, displaying a chemistry that feels more real than real and creating excitement. In particular, when Merry asks him to be a fake husband, a nonchalant Woo-ju responds, "Morning, lunch, dinner, one more time before bed, contact me four times total and then sleep," revealing husbandlike affection that amplifies the thrill.
