The group BABYMONSTER raised global fans' expectations by unveiling the visuals for their second mini album [WE GO UP] for the first time.
YG Entertainment posted "[WE GO UP] VISUAL PHOTO" on its official SNS on the 25th. The images leave a strong impact with BABYMONSTER's upgraded visuals and each member's distinctive aura amid their individual personalities.
Bold styling that uses a variety of hair colors from subtle ash tones to pink and red bridge and bold accessories is undoubtedly the highlight. The members captured viewers' attention at once with captivating gazes, photogenic poses and confident attitudes, revealing even deeper charisma.
In particular, the chic and sophisticated atmosphere stands out, different from the lively image they showed in the digital single "HOT SAUCE" released in July. Having repeatedly showcased ever-changing charms and proven limitless adaptability, attention is focused on what kind of transformation they will use to win fans' hearts with this comeback.
Also, the "MOOD CLIP (Day ver.)" video released the day before is strikingly different from the Night ver., which carried a peculiar tension. With dynamic electric guitar sounds, BABYMONSTER's presence covering cityscapes such as high-rise buildings and busy streets creates an overwhelming sense, heightening curiosity about the concept they will newly present.
BABYMONSTER's second mini album [WE GO UP] will be released Oct. 10 at 1 p.m. The title track of the same name, "WE GO UP," is a hip-hop-based song with intense energy that expresses the aspiration to soar higher. Four new songs are included: "PSYCHO," which was a candidate for the title track; the slow song with added hip-hop sensibility "SUPA DUPA LUV"; and the country dance track "WILD."
