BTS member V (30, Kim Tae-hyung) purchased a luxury dwellings in Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, for 14.2 billion won.
According to the real estate registry on the 24th, V bought a 273.96-square-meter exclusive area unit at PH129 (The Penthouse Cheongdam) on the 17th of this month for 14.2 billion won. The dwellings has five rooms and three bathrooms.
Because no separate maximum mortgage was registered on the dwellings, it is presumed to have been purchased entirely in cash without collateral loans. The sales contract was concluded in early May.
PH129, which V purchased, is a complex completed by Hyundai E&C in Aug. 2020. It consists of a total of 29 households from six basement levels to 20 above-ground floors. All households are duplex units. Its name at completion was The Penthouse Cheongdam, but it was changed to PH129 to signify a penthouse built at 129 Cheongdam-dong.
Actor Jang Dong-gun and Ko So-young, golfer Park In-bee, and star instructor Hyun Woo-jin are known to live here.
