SBS announced the revival of Wednesday-Thursday dramas.
SBS's new Wednesday-Thursday drama "Kiss Was Made for No Reason!" (written by Ha Yoon-ah and Tae Kyung-min / directed by Kim Jae-hyun / produced by Samhwa Networks, Studio S) is a simmering romance about a single woman who disguises herself as a mother to earn a living and the Head of Team who falls in love with her. The two hottest actors of 2025, Jang Ki-yong (playing Gong Ji-hyeok) and Ahn Eun-jin (playing Go Da-rim), have been confirmed as the male and female leads, promising to showcase a dopamine-exploding, heart-fluttering romantic chemistry.
Even now many prospective viewers are showing strong interest and high expectations for "Kiss Was Made for No Reason!", and on Sept. 25 the first broadcast date for "Kiss Was Made for No Reason!" was released. "Kiss Was Made for No Reason!" will be the first entry in SBS's new weekday dramas in 2025 and will air Wednesdays and Thursdays at 9 p.m. starting Nov. 12.
Currently on Wednesday and Thursday nights various entertainment and current affairs programs air on each channel. As a result, many viewers feel a thirst for dramas that allow them to immerse in the story and empathize with the characters. In particular, if a romantic comedy that is light rather than heavy, comfortable and pleasant, and exciting and heart-fluttering is scheduled, it would likely be a very good choice for viewers.

As a fresh source of fun and energy for midweek Wednesday and Thursday nights, SBS's new Wednesday-Thursday drama "Kiss Was Made for No Reason!", the first entry in SBS's weekday dramas, will premiere at 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 12.
