'My Way - Over-Immersion Club' actress Chae Jung-an set out to secure an office for her YouTube channel.
On the broadcast of TV Chosun's entertainment program 'My Way - Over-Immersion Club' (hereafter 'Over-Immersion Club') aired on the 24th, Chae Jung-an, who showed a six-step morning routine, appeared in a fresh late-summer outfit. The person accompanying Chae Jung-an was her manager, and the person they met was a licensed real estate agent.
Chae Jung-an said, "I've been doing YouTube for about five years, so filming at home makes my home and workplace not separate. I keep thinking about content at home, which isn't good, so I'm looking for an office."
Chae Jung-an's conditions were that it be close to her residence in Hannam-dong and that the monthly rent be 2,000,000 won. The first place had a separate rooftop glass greenhouse on the third floor. Chae Jung-an had no choice but to give up that place because it was 3,000,000 won. The second, in Itaewon-dong, was spacious but, by Chae Jung-an's standards, too dark and not particularly to her liking.
The third was a newly built four-story house in Hannam-dong with full-height windows. There was no elevator, but the clean construction and the fact that she could use an attic stood out. Chae Jung-an said, "The third house is all good from start to finish. I can pay 100,000 won more. I can't do 200,000 won more," and shouted that she would sign the contract for that house at around 3,000,000 won on the spot.
