Seo Jang-hoon offered warm consolation when a guest who had worn a wig for 29 years appeared.
On the 22nd episode of KBS Joy Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller (hereafter Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller), a guest who has been wearing a wig for 29 years because of wool-like hair appeared.
The guest said that, for unknown reasons, hair did not grow since infancy and that they started wearing a wig at age 5. The guest said they currently have a 7-month-old baby and worried that the baby might resemble them or be surprised to learn that they wear a wig.
The guest said that when they were in third grade of elementary school, their wig once came off while sitting on a bench in front of the whole school. The guest cried and said, "When my wig came off in front of the whole school, I went straight home. My mother immediately brought me to school because she was worried I might keep hiding."
The guest said they did not tell their current husband that they wore a wig during the three years they were dating. The husband later learned and reacted calmly.
Seo Jang-hoon consoled her, saying, "You suffered and struggled because of your hair, but aren't you living well now? You met a husband, had a child, and are living happily. That child will be the same. Even if hair is hereditary, you can take good care of them. If they live like the guest when they grow up, that would be fine. Compared with having a health problem, this could be seen as fortunate."
