On the 21st episode of SBS variety show Miunuri Saekji (hereafter Miwoosae), Yoon Hyun-min mentioned his younger sibling.
Yoon Hyun-min cautiously opened by saying, "Actually, I have a favor to ask," and added, "a congratulatory song." He said he was to perform the congratulatory song at the wedding of a half brother born from his father's remarriage after his parents' divorce, and that he had asked Shin Seung-hoon to teach the congratulatory song.
Yoon Hyun-min said, "Actually my younger sibling asked me," and conveyed the news that his sibling was getting married. Shin Seung-hoon reacted in surprise, asking, "So the half brother whose story was revealed is getting married?" Yoon Hyun-min said, "We never lived together because he was born after my father remarried," and added affectionately, "He is a painful fingertip to me."

Saying he was close with his half brother, Yoon Hyun-min moved Shin Seung-hoon, who said, "It seems you have a close sibling bond." Yoon Hyun-min, who is eight years older than his half brother, said, "I feel affectionate, so I couldn't refuse singing at the wedding," and added, "I first met my younger sibling at a memorial ritual, and we naturally met afterward. Especially about the sibling's appearance, which did not appear on the broadcast, Yoon Hyun-min said, "He is really handsome. When we stand side by side, people recognize my sibling more as an actor," and even said, "He gives a Yoo Seung-ho vibe," drawing attention. Yoon Hyun-min said, "When our father passed away, it was the two of us and the half brother; there were three of us," and added, "They even thought the third and I were full brothers.
