On Miwoosae, Yoon Hyun-min was shown asking Shin Seung-hoon to sing at a wedding.
On the 21st episode of SBS variety show Miwoonuri Saekki (hereafter Miwoosae), Yoon Hyun-min asked for a wedding song.
Yoon Hyun-min headed somewhere holding flowers. He looked nervous, saying, "I'm nervous." It turned out he had gone to see ballad king Shin Seung-hoon. In particular, they had a long-standing bond as teacher and student. In fact, they first met on a music program.
The two met as mentor and mentee and their bond has continued to this day. Shin Seung-hoon told Yoon Hyun-min, "Even after the show ended you kept practicing, and I thought you were sincere about music," and Yoon Hyun-min showed his fandom, saying, "Totally sincere," and "The reason I call at dawn, when I'm drinking I listen to hyung's music and want to hear his voice in person; hyung is my idol."
At one point Yoon Hyun-min said, "Actually I have a favor to ask," and cautiously added, "a wedding song." Yoon Hyun-min said he had been asked to sing at the wedding of a half-sibling born from his father's remarriage after his parents' divorce, and asked Shin Seung-hoon to teach him the wedding song.
Shin Seung-hoon, surprised, asked, "So the revealed story is that the half-sibling is getting married?" Yoon Hyun-min replied, "We never lived together; the sibling was born when my father remarried," and expressed affection, saying, "He's a painful finger to me."
Meanwhile, Yoon Hyun-min, who broke up in 2023 with colleague Baek Jin-hee after a seven-year romance, recently drew attention by mentioning that he will remain unmarried.
