The group ZEROBASEONE (ZEROBASEONE) won two awards at the 2025 TMA.
ZEROBASEONE (Sung Hanbin, Kim Ji-woong, Zhang Hao, Seok Matthew, Kim Tae-rae, Ricky, Kim Gyu-bin, Park Geon-wook, Han Yoo-jin) won the 'Artist of the Year' and 'World Best Performer' categories at the '2025 The Fact Music Awards (2025 THE FACT MUSIC AWARDS, 2025 TMA)' held on the 20th at the Macau Outdoor Performance Venue.
ZEROBASEONE, who grabbed two trophies, said, "We will show a growing ZEROBASEONE in the remaining second half of the year. Thank you for creating such a precious moment on this journey with our beloved ZEROSE (ZEROSE, fandom name). We will work hard to give ZEROSE lots of love in the remaining world tour as well as with great stages."
That day ZEROBASEONE unveiled the track 'Lovesick Game' from their first full-length album 'Never Say Never (NEVER SAY NEVER)' on an overseas stage for the first time. The song, a future bass track rooted in hip-hop and R&B, featured a nine-member, nine-color deadly performance portraying a love game that cannot be stopped despite the risk of being hurt.
Next, ZEROBASEONE performed the title track 'ICONIK' from their first full-length album to present a stage that condensed their musical growth as artists so far. ZEROBASEONE poured passion into every movement, displaying an intense presence that left the audience unable to take their eyes off them for a moment.
The sweet duet stage by members Zhang Hao and Ricky was also a hot topic. The two members selected Fang Datong's 'Special Person (特的人)' which contains the true meaning of love and created a beautiful harmony that moved the hearts of the local audience with emotion.
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE's first full-length album 'Never Say Never' sold more than 1.51 million copies in its first week, achieving a 'sixth consecutive million-seller.' ZEROBASEONE is the first act in K-pop history to place six consecutive albums in the million-seller ranks starting from their debut album.
Fueled by intense domestic and international popularity, ZEROBASEONE achieved the feat of entering the U.S. Billboard 200 at No. 23 with 'Never Say Never.' This is a meaningful result that rose five spots from the previous record set by their fifth mini album 'Blue Paradise (BLUE PARADISE)' and is their personal highest ranking. ZEROBASEONE appeared on a total of seven charts including the Billboard 200, reaffirming their presence as a global top-tier act.
