Singer Byulsarang is marrying her first-love fiancé today (20th), with Jo Hye-ryeon performing the congratulatory song and singer Nabi hosting the ceremony.
According to OSEN reporting on the 20th, Byulsarang will hold a wedding this afternoon at a banquet hall in Guro District, Seoul, with a fiancé who is one year her senior. The ceremony will be hosted by singer Nabi, and senior artist Jo Hye-ryeon will perform the upbeat congratulatory song.
Earlier, Jo Hye-ryeon appeared with Byulsarang on a radio program and said, "I'll go to Byulsarang's wedding in September. I'll clear my schedule," adding, "I'll even clear my schedule for '골때녀'." She showed strong affection for her junior. In fact, it is known that Jo Hye-ryeon's husband, CEO Go Yosep, composed Byulsarang's trot song "Rock-paper-scissors" and others, creating a bond and leading to a special friendship with Jo Hye-ryeon. It was also reported that Jo Hye-ryeon and her husband will attend the wedding together.
Earlier in June, Byulsarang posted on her personal SNS, "About 20 years ago, there was a connection from a time when everything was still clumsy and innocent. As time passed and we lived our separate lives, we unexpectedly met again naturally, and although a long time had passed, that connection was carefully and warmly renewed," and announced, "The relationship that restarted that way accumulated sincere and warm feelings for each other over time, and we walked together for five years, and now we have decided to share each other's lives."
She continued, "I think I can reap such a happy result thanks to the fans who always support me with love. I will always keep that grateful and thankful feeling deep in my heart and live by it."
Three days before the wedding she wrote, "Time has already gone by this much. Three days from now, the two of us will take our first steps as a married couple. Having walked the same road and watched over each other for a long time, we will now become an even sturdier support and be lifelong companions. With an excited heart, one night. two nights. three nights. waiting for that day, we will make each other's lives shine more from now on. (Thump thump)" revealing her trembling excitement.
Meanwhile, Byulsarang debuted in 2017 with the single "Tear Flower," gained recognition after placing in the top seven of TV Chosun's "Miss Trot 2," and has since actively appeared on programs such as "King of Singers" and "Korea-Japan King of Singers."
