Comedian and close friend Jo Hye-ryeon will sing the congratulatory song at singer Byeolsarang's wedding, and singer Nabi will serve as master of ceremonies, showing their loyalty.
On the morning of the 20th, OSEN reported that Byeolsarang will sound the wedding march that afternoon at a wedding hall in Guro District, Seoul, with a non-celebrity groom. Jo Hye-ryon will perform the congratulatory song at the private wedding, and singer Nabi will serve as master of ceremonies. Jo Hye-ryeon said she plans to sing her hit songs "Anakkana" and "Panananalla," among others.
Byeolsarang and the groom-to-be were first loves who first met in middle school; they knew each other for a full 20 years before deciding to become lifelong partners. The groom-to-be is a 1991-born who is one year older than Byeolsarang and is said to resemble TVXQ's Choi Chang-min. The two were first loves who reunited and, after five years of dating, became husband and wife.
In particular, Jo Hye-ryeon will attend with her husband, popular song composer Go Yosep, who is also the head of his company. Go Yosep wrote and composed Byeolsarang's trot song "Scissors, Rock, Paper" himself, and Byeolsarang expressed gratitude, saying "he gave me this song as a gift because we're getting married next month." Jo Hye-ryeon said, "My husband wrote, composed and produced this song. If this song keeps getting airplay, my pockets will be fuller. My husband's pocket is my pocket," and added, "My husband started making songs two years ago and can produce a song after just one shower. He uses the pseudonym Chocolates, and combining my surname and my husband's surname was like saying 'Let's go.'"
Byeolsarang said about the groom-to-be, "He is someone I've known for about 20 years. I first met him in the first year of middle school; he is one year older than me and was my first love," and added, "We were first loves in middle school and then ran into each other by chance. As the coincidences continued, it felt like fate. We've dated for about five years, and I felt I would regret letting this man go, so I decided to marry him. This is a time when I'm actively working, but I want to have a married life and also have a beautiful child," expressing her hopes.
Three days before the wedding, Byeolsarang posted on social media, "Has time already gone by this much? In three days, the two of us will take our first step as a married couple. Having walked the same road for a long time and watched over each other, we will now become an even more dependable strength and be lifelong partners. With excited hearts we wait one night, two nights, three nights for that day, and we will make each other's lives shine even more from now on. (Heartbeat)," expressing her trembling emotions.
Byeolsarang debuted in 2017 with the single "Tear Flower," and she gained recognition by placing in the top seven on TV Chosun's "Miss Trot 2." Since then she has been actively appearing on shows such as "King of Singers" and the "Korea-Japan king of singers match." Recently she was selected as a judge for MBN's new entertainment show "King of Singers 3" and will begin filming next month.
