"Jun Hyun-moo Plan 2" featured Eugene revealing the secret to being a loving couple, showing she still seemed newlywed despite 14 years of marriage.
On the 19th episode of MBN entertainment show "Jun Hyun-moo Plan Season 2," "food friends" Eugene and Ji Hyun-woo had an honest marriage talk at a restaurant famous for the nostalgic dish "mubap," which had a kick.
While the four were busy grilling beef that day, Jun Hyun-moo bluntly asked Ji Hyun-woo, "Don't you have any thoughts about marriage?" Ji Hyun-woo answered honestly, "I think I have no energy," adding, "I only work, so when I come home I'm exhausted and fall asleep quickly." Jun Hyun-moo empathized strongly, saying, "That's what I always say. It's the same as me," and, "It's more dangerous than having high standards. Time will pass like this."
Listening closely to the two, married Eugene suddenly told Ji Hyun-woo, "You should meet someone on set. My husband (Ki Tae-young) and I met on a set and then married," strongly recommending multiple works and actively promoting meeting a partner through projects, saying she met her husband on a production called "Creating a relationship."
Especially when Ki Tae-young's remark that "there should be no secrets between spouses; it's fine to share location and read messages" was mentioned, Eugene said, "In our marriage, we even have the same password. I think spouses should be like that," offering sincere advice from her marriage that drew attention.
Eugene added, "Even if it doesn't open, I don't feel betrayed and won't ask why you changed it. He's not the type to say 'just because.' He always has a valid reason. That's how spouses should be."
Meanwhile, Eugene and Ki Tae-young married in 2011 and have two daughters, Ro-hee and Ro-rin.
