JYP Entertainment rookie KickFlip released an additional music video teaser for the new song "The First Song I Sing," which depicts the radiant moments of youth.
KickFlip will release their third mini album My First Flip on the 22nd. After first unveiling the title track "The First Song I Sing" music video teaser on their official social media channels on the 18th, they opened a second teaser video at 12 a.m. on the 19th and heated up the comeback atmosphere.
The video depicts Gyehun, Amaru, Donghwa, Juwang, Minje, KJ, and Donghyun enjoying lively moments. They run energetically across the athletic field or ride skateboards, radiating free-spirited energy, and their mischievous charm creates an upbeat atmosphere. KickFlip's shining chemistry evokes a scene from a youth film.
The title track "The First Song I Sing" captures the trembling moment of confessing a first love, allowing listeners to experience a fluttering, exciting feeling as if receiving that confession. Maknae Donghyun personally participated in writing and composing, showcasing the musical capabilities of a K-pop rookie.
Three days before their comeback, KickFlip is attracting domestic and international fans with a variety of new album promotions. In addition to abundant teasing content such as the full music video for the track "Band-Aid," concept films and photos, and track spoilers, on the afternoon of the 18th they held a listening party in Gangnam-gu, Seoul to preview My First Flip and created special memories with WeFlip (fandom name: WeFlip).
KickFlip will release mini album 3 My First Flip and the title track "The First Song I Sing" at 6 p.m. on the 22nd, and will hold an Mnet M2 comeback show at 7 p.m. and a comeback showcase at 8 p.m. the same day.
