The band Lucy (LUCY) captured both musicality and variety show charm.
Lucy appeared on the music talk show "Jo Hyun-ah's ordinary Thursday night," released on the 18th, offering a rich live performance and sincere talks that revealed each member's charm, showcasing diverse attractions.
That day, Lucy delivered surprise, ear-pleasing live performances by reinterpreting songs from various genres in their own colors. They presented not only stages that reflected each member's individuality but also charming collaborative stages that could be seen only on the broadcast, earning strong responses from fans.
First, Shin Ye-chan performed Lee So-ra's "Don't say it's not love" with a sweet vocal and violin, showing fantastic chemistry with Jo Hyun-ah. Next, Choi Sang-yeop showcased a different vocal charm with the Italian song "O Sole Mio," and Jo Won-sang, who confessed his fan affection for Kwon Soon-il, interpreted Urban Zakapa's "Just A Feeling" with delicate emotion, completing a deep harmony.
In addition, Lucy formed "LucyZakapa (Lucy + Urban Zakapa)" on the spot with Jo Hyun-ah that day and presented a special collaboration stage. They playfully reinterpreted Lucy's mini album 6 titled songs "Jamkkae" and "Hama," creating a limited-edition performance unique to the broadcast with an impromptu sound blending guitar, castanets, and tambourine.
In the following talk, Lucy moved fans by saying about their goals for this year, "We want to get our name on the charts before (member) Gwang-il is discharged, and then build a musical foundation so we can make a great restart." Meanwhile, Jo Won-sang will appear today (19th) at Seoul Forest for the "Seoul Forest Jazz Festival 2025," collaborating with jazz maestro Al Di Meola and reaffirming his presence as a bassist.
