Seong Dong-il, Kim Hee-won and Jang Na-ra already spark a close genuine family mood that draws attention.
The new tvN variety show Bada Geonneo Bakkwi Dallin Jip: Hokkaido edition, which premieres Oct. 12 at 7:40 p.m. (directed by Shin Chan-yang, Kim Ah-rim), is based on the concept of traveling with your own home and tells the story of the Wheel House, which spent four seasons traveling across Korea, taking a new adventure overseas across the sea. It returns globally three years after season 4 aired in 2022 and is drawing attention, and after longtime fixtures Seong Dong-il and Kim Hee-won, actress Jang Na-ra joins as a new family member, raising expectations.
Meanwhile, Bada Geonneo Bakkwi Dallin Jip: Hokkaido edition drew attention by releasing a second teaser along with the main poster.
The previously released main poster features the first complete lineup of Seong Dong-il, Kim Hee-won and Jang Na-ra, drawing attention. As the first female member in the Wheel House series, Jang Na-ra sits at the center and radiates a fresh presence, while the unpretentious, down-to-earth appearance of the three blends with the lush forest scenery to provide deep healing. At the same time, a warm family chemistry already emanates from the three, heightening anticipation for the broadcast.
The second teaser video brings laughter with Seong Dong-il and Kim Hee-won boasting an even closer relationship(?) and Jang Na-ra bursting into laughter between the two who bicker constantly. When Seong Dong-il egged on Jang Na-ra, who was hammering to set up a sunshade, by saying, "Hee-won, think about it (try hammering)," Kim Hee-won replied, "Seong Dong-il, think about it and hit once," creating a spicy back-and-forth that leaves the new family member Jang Na-ra stunned. Jang Na-ra perfectly reads their relationship, saying, "From what I've observed, you two are in love," and Seong Dong-il concedes, "We were lovers in a past life," provoking laughter.
At the end of the video, Seong Dong-il jokingly says, "Open your eyes nicely and talk," and Kim Hee-won fires back, "I'm opening them nicely now," showing an inseparable couple chemistry that adds to the laughter. With such constant love quarrels in the Wheel House, curiosity soars over what will happen and what the harmless, cheerful sibling-like chemistry of Seong Dong-il, Kim Hee-won and Jang Na-ra will be like.
