Actress Park Eun-hye takes over living rooms with her lovely charm.
The new KBS 1TV daily drama Marlee and the unusual dads, set to premiere in October (directed by Seo Yong-soo, written by Kim Hong-joo), is a drama about Marlee's long search for her father! It depicts the birth of an unusual family that's closer than blood and more persistent than sperm.
In Marlee and the unusual dads, Park Eun-hye plays Joo Si-ra, the mother of Kang Marlee (played by Ha Seung-ri) and an incorrigible scandal maker. Unlike her rational daughter Marlee, she is emotional and impulsive and fully plays the role of the family's troublemaker. One day, while she was living with bickering family members, a storm began to rage in Si-ra's already cloudy life when Kang Min-bo (played by Hwang Dong-joo), her ex-husband who divorced when Marlee was young, returned to Korea.
In the stills released today (11th), Park Eun-hye boasts a youthful beauty that makes it hard to believe she has a daughter in her late 20s. Working part-time as a cleaner at the hospital where her daughter Marlee (played by Ha Seung-ri) works, she attracts attention with an unusually angry expression for some reason.
Park Eun-hye will bring Joo Si-ra, an incorrigible tomboy who always dreams of love, to life with warm and humane acting. Her love for her daughter is second to none, and as long-hidden secrets come to light, she becomes the center of events. Expectations are high to see how Park Eun-hye will densely portray Si-ra's conflicts and emotional swings.
