Chef Yoon Nam-no honestly revealed why he doesn't cook at home for his girlfriend.
On Sept. 17, the YouTube channel "Narae-sik" uploaded a video titled "I wanted to come out because of a thankful memory."
In the video, Chef Yoon Nam-no shared anecdotes from his romantic relationships while cooking with Park Narae.
When Park Narae asked, "When you're in a relationship, do you cook at home for your girlfriend?", Yoon Nam-no replied, "I broke up a lot because of that. For not doing it. I just don't want to." He added, "It's like telling a comedian to 'try to be funny.' I don't have ingredients at home and I don't want to go grocery shopping. I don't want to prepare in advance either."
He went on to say, "If the girlfriend wants it, I told her to make a reservation at a restaurant and come," and added, "Girlfriends want me to whip up kimchi fried rice at home. But I think, 'Why would you make kimchi fried rice at home?' If you order delivery, they'll make it well there."
When Park Narae asked, "Still, wouldn't it be nice if a chef boyfriend cooked for me?", Yoon Nam-no said, "Those couples fall into a fantasy and meet at first, but it's ultimately ruin. When I was asked why we broke up, this comes up a lot," drawing laughter.
