The Feedback Dance Competition, a dance contest representing Korea, held its youth division, Feedback Elementary-Middle-High 2025, on Saturday, Aug. 23, at Konkuk University Saecheonyeon Hall Grand Theater, and it was a great success.
The competition drew attention by selling out its participant registration within 10 minutes of opening. Youth dance teams representing not only Korea but also Japan and Taiwan participated, with a total of 66 teams and about 900 Asian youth dancers taking the stage to compete in a fierce yet beautiful friendly rivalry.
In particular, Kyoka, a world-renowned dancer who came from World of Street Woman Fighter (WSWF), participated as a judge in a domestic dance competition for the first time since the broadcast and drew great interest by presenting a showcase. Tickets for the competition sold out within 1 minute of the presale opening, proving the event's strong popularity.
After a heated five-hour competition, the KIDS division took first place 2WAYKIDS and second place Okidokids; the YOUTH division took first place FMC and second place Dance for Life, delivering high-quality performances to the audience.
Carrying this momentum, on Sep. 20 the Feedback Dance Competition World Final, a global competition representing Korea, will be held. Dance teams representing countries around the world, including Korea, Japan, Russia, Malaysia and Singapore, will participate and compete for the title of the world's best dance team.
Judges include world-renowned Korean dancers Hoan (HOAN), WaackxxY (WAACKXXY), Bada Lee (BADA LEE), Ingyoo (INGYOO), along with U.S. choreographer Tony Tzar and Japanese hip-hop dancer Maika, who will both judge and present dazzling showcase stages.
Park Dae-hwan, the planner and organizer of the Feedback Competition, said the Feedback Dance Competition has grown into a global competition representing Korea as overseas participating teams increase every year, and added that he plans to continue developing it into a global dance cultural festival that brings the world together.
