Paek-ga of Koyote exposed the hazing he experienced as a dancer.
On the 18th, the "Soshin statement" segment aired on KBS CoolFM's Park Myung-soo's Radio Show with Paek-ga and Lee Hyun appearing in the segment.
The topic that day was hazing, and Park Myung-soo, Paek-ga and Lee Hyun each revealed anecdotes related to the hazing they experienced as newcomers.
Paek-ga, who used to be a dancer, said, "When I was a dancer, the discipline was very strict. They would bring the kids who were known in that neighborhood for dancing and do it with them. In the practice room we weren't allowed to use the same mirror. We had to practice in front of a cracked mirror in the far corner. Even at the broadcasting station, during dry rehearsals we would watch from the very back," he said.
When Paek-ga said that if they told him to dance he had to dance immediately even without accompaniment, Lee Hyun was greatly surprised and asked Park Myung-soo if he had had a similar experience. Park Myung-soo replied, "When I was in the comedians' room, Lee Kyung-gyu hyung would come in and if he said 'Lee Seung-chul' the impersonation would come out right away. It's just something you do on cue."
Park Myung-soo also said, "I went to a drinking event with seniors once and we were drinking with the director general. Toward the end a senior called me and the juniors over and whispered in my ear to stop eating the side dishes so much."
Lee Hyun recalled, "When I debuted as a model it was completely different from now. At shows you often wait a long time. There aren't many chairs. Because the space isn't wide, juniors couldn't sit in chairs. There are garment racks, and if clothes were hanging on them, the newcomers would sit under the racks."
Paek-ga added, "We didn't even have a waiting room. We sometimes sat on mats laid out in the broadcasting station corridor. We worked all day from morning just to stand on stage for three minutes."
