That day he went to Yeouido to find a well-known restaurant. Upon arriving at a buckwheat noodle house, Hong Seok-cheon confessed, "I was doing well in Itaewon, so I also opened a Thai restaurant in Yeouido," and said it was the first time he opened a Thai-style buffet.
Saying he had ambitiously started the Thai-style buffet, Hong Seok-cheon said, "But I didn't know the Yeouido market; Yeouido wasn't a place to enjoy leisure like Itaewon," and added, "Speed is life; the market's turnover was faster."
He said that even at the time the buckwheat noodles were served in less than two minutes after ordering, which surprised everyone.
