The Sangam-dong building owned by Vibe's Yoon Min-soo has been put up for sale.
According to a report by Maeil Business Newspaper on the 16th, the six-story Sangam-dong neighborhood living facility building that Yoon Min-soo purchased in June 2022 for about 4 billion won has recently appeared on the sales market.
The building, with a site area of 146㎡, was purchased under the corporation led by Yoon Min-soo, and Yoon Min-soo holds equity jointly with Singapore businessman David Yong.
The purchase price was 90 million won per pyeong, and the asking price is 4.5 billion won, about 100 million won per pyeong. On the surface there is a capital gain, but considering loan interest and taxes, the net benefit does not appear large.
The building, completed in 2018 and practically new, is a five-minute walk from Digital Media City Station, served by subway line 6 and the Airport Railroad and Gyeongui-Jungang Line. Adjacent to the Sangam-dong broadcasting complex, it sees heavy foot traffic, and the area has been designated the "K-culture business district," raising development expectations. Nearby are buildings owned by broadcasters Lee Sugeun and Song Eun-i, the latter said to be located in the vicinity.
Meanwhile, Yoon Min-soo, who married in 2006 and has a son, Yoon Hoo, shocked the public by announcing a divorce this May after 18 years of marriage. His ex-wife posted on Yoon Min-soo's social media and said that they met young, married, and did their best to keep family relationships unchanged through hard times and happy times, but they decided to end it because they became strained. She added that because they still have faith and trust in each other, they will support each other and do their best as Hoo's mother and father.
Especially, Yoon Min-soo appeared on last month's SBS program My Little Old Boy and said that although the divorce news was actually from last year, the paperwork was only finalized about two months ago, and that because he married very young he is still in contact and still living together, remarks that surprised viewers.
