The second season of Real Dating Lab: Poisoned Apple is set to premiere in October.
SBS Plus' Real Dating Lab: Poisoned Apple premiered in May last year and became a reality entertainment show that captured both ratings and buzz, and after about a year of retooling it is scheduled to premiere in October.
This season 2 expands the show's main corner, the close-up hidden camera "Poisoned Apple Challenge," across the entire program to maximize viewer immersion. In keeping with the "Poisoned Apple Challenge," which tracks the suspicious true nature of a loved one, the show will execute meticulous operations with a stronger Apple squad to magnify the real triangular story among the client, the protagonist and the Apple woman. With anticipation building for the "Poisoned Apple Challenge," which will make viewers' hearts race, Jun Hyun-moo, Yang Se-chan, Lee Eun-ji, Yoon Tae-jin and Heo Young-ji have been cast as studio MCs.
Jun Hyun-moo, Yang Se-chan and Lee Eun-ji are expected to show the same perfect back-and-forth in season 2 as they did in season 1. In season 1 they immersed themselves deeply in the situations of the men and women in the hidden camera footage, freely sharing their own experiences and eliciting empathy. They also demonstrated a fantastic rapport by delivering big laughs through improvised skits. New additions Yoon Tae-jin and Heo Young-ji are also full of bright energy and witty talk; they plan to liven up the studio as "professional meddler" representatives of MZ generation dating psychology.
