Household ratings also recorded 4.5%, maintaining the Tuesday variety 1st place, with the peak minute rating reaching 6.1% (Nielsen Korea, metropolitan households). 'Island Bachelor Young-woong,' which held the Tuesday variety 1st place from the first episode through the finale, ranked third in non-drama TV-OTT search responses announced by Good Data Corporation and successfully entered the Netflix Korean series top five, proving its buzz across online and broadcast.
The episode had viewers laughing from the start with Heo Kyung-hwan's bittersweet Halli Galli game incident. The members played Halli Galli for food ingredient costs, and when Heo Kyung-hwan lost, he had to cover the cost of ingredients for 20 servings with his personal card. Gwido and Lim Tae-hoon went to Wando to shop and combined other cards' receipts to make one bundle of receipts.
