Singer Lee Hyun appeared on "Killing Voice" as soon as he made his comeback.
Dingo Music released Lee Hyun's "Killing Voice" video on its official YouTube channel at 6 p.m. on the 16th.
In the released video, Lee Hyun conveyed a warm greeting, saying, "It's been a really long time since I brought out a mini album. I'm always grateful that Dingo supports me whenever my album comes out, and I'm so happy to be invited to "Killing Voice" like this."
Lee Hyun opened "Killing Voice" with the title track of his 2011-released mini album 2, "Naekkeo Junge Choego." He then showcased numerous solo songs that have dominated music charts, such as "Gaseumi Sirin Ge", "30 Minutes Ago", "Akdam", "Neonikka", and "Badat Sogui Dal," as well as Homme's "Bapman Jal Meokdeora" and "Namjanikka Unneun Geoya," and 8Eight's "Goodbye My Love," "Shimjangi Eopseo," and "I Try to Cover That Lip," demonstrating his unsurpassed vocal ability.
In particular, Lee Hyun thrilled music fans even more by performing the title track "At This Point With You" from his mini 3rd album "A(E)ND," released the same day as the "Killing Voice" video, and the album track "What's On Your Mind."
"A(E)ND" is a new release from Lee Hyun, his first since "The Healing Echo" 14 years and 7 months ago. The album delicately depicts universal emotions anyone experiences, such as love and breakup, and plainly unfolds familiar moments to evoke listeners' empathy.
The title track "At This Point With You" is a song that captures the pain of time filled with lingering feelings for a love that couldn't be kept and the moment of finally deciding to let go at the end. Based on British rock, it is a pop ballad that harmonizes Lee Hyun's restrained sensibility and emotional voice over delicate piano playing.
Lee Hyun delivered a stunning live performance that combined his unique delicate sensibility with a stormy vocal power, giving viewers a deep rapture and proving the apt description of "a premium vocalist." He closed "Killing Voice" with a final greeting asking listeners to give a lot of love to the new album and the title track "At This Point With You."
"Killing Voice" is content where artists perform a setlist they personally selected so everyone can vividly enjoy the "voice" that "kills" live, and previously artists from various genres such as IU, MAMAMOO, Sung Si-kyung, Taeyeon, KARA, SEVENTEEN, BTOB, EXO, and AKMU appeared and received strong support from music fans.
Dingo Music will hold the second "Killing Voice" live concert for two days on Oct. 18 and 19 at Jamsil Indoor Stadium in Seoul. Eight acts who have received great love by appearing in "Killing Voice" and Dingo's various live content — Kwon Jin-ah, Lee Mujin, Taemin, Highlight, Kim Na-young, Jung Joon-il, Lee Seung-yun, and Roy Kim — will take the stage to captivate audiences with fantastic live performances and choreography.
