Actor Lee Jun-young answered about the roles he wants to play in the future.
The web variety show "Go So-young's Pubstaurant," released on the 15th, featured actor Lee Jun-young as a guest.
That day Lee Jun-young revealed that he holds a combined sixth-degree expertise in martial arts with second-degree ranks in taekwondo, special forces martial arts and hapkido, surprising Go So-young. Go So-young asked, "Are you also good at real fighting?" and "So I heard you perform action scenes yourself," and Lee Jun-young answered, "That's right. There are stunt performers, but I try to do as much as I can myself," he said.
Go So-young worried, "Don't you get hurt doing that?" and Lee Jun-young confessed, "I have a few (scars), but when I see them I actually feel good." Then Go So-young said, "Aren't you a little perverted?" which drew laughter.
He said, "I've watched all the works I like. Especially my son just put on 'Weak Hero' and left. Mom, watch this. You must watch it. He liked Geum Seong-je the most there. Doesn't he appear as a villain there? It's not easy to root for a villain, but he kept rooting for Geum Seong-je. He was so charming that I really immersed myself in the work. I watched him as that kind of character, but suddenly in 'When Life Gives You Tangerines.' What happened? He performs completely opposite extremes. Was there an occasion when he first discovered that side of himself?" he asked, curious.
Lee Jun-young said, "Until before, because I worked a lot on broadcaster projects, I somehow stopped swearing," and Go So-young chimed in, "You can do it really well."
Lee Jun-young went on, "Smoking scenes or restrictions would prevent that. With the opening of the OTT market, those things became freer, and I feel director Han Jun-hee of D.P. pushed me off a cliff," he explained.
Go So-young said, "I also watched Mask Girl," and asked, "Wasn't that where the nickname '(handsome) trash' came from?" Lee Jun-young nodded, "That's right. That was actually strong."
