Singer-songwriter Lee Seung-yoon captivates fans not only in Korea but also in Germany and Japan.
Lee Seung-yoon performed at the global music market MU:CON 2025 on the 12th, showcasing his prowess as a live performer with a highly polished stage.
MU:CON is a global music market hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and organized by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA). Now in its 14th year, MU:CON has supported domestic popular music musicians and music corporations in expanding overseas and has fostered networking among those working in the music industry.
At this performance, Lee Seung-yoon sequentially performed signature songs including "Yeokseong", "Gain juui", "Deullyeojugo sip-eossdeon", "Fireworks Time", "Expensive hangover", and "Waterfall".
In particular, Lee Seung-yoon delivered deep musical immersion with a powerful yet majestic band sound, then embraced lyrical emotion with a weighty resonance, demonstrating overwhelming stage presence.
Invited to the Czech Republic's famous festival Colours of Ostrava 2025 in July, Lee Seung-yoon will appear sequentially on overseas stages starting with MU:CON. First, he is listed on the lineups for the international music festivals Reeperbahn Festival 2025 in Hamburg on the 18th and the 2025 K-INDIE ON Festival in Berlin on the 21st.
These festivals are all connected with Korea Spotlight and have been selected for support under the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA)'s 2025 popular music overseas showcase (Korea Spotlight) project, receiving various forms of support. Korea Spotlight is a Korean popular music overseas showcase program held by the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA). Since 2012, it has participated in major global music markets such as the Reeperbahn Festival to introduce excellent domestic musicians to overseas music markets.
As part of Korea Spotlight, Lee Seung-yoon will hold showcases in Tokyo and Osaka in October to meet local fans. Ahead of that, he will attend the 2025 Busan International Rock Festival on the 28th, continuing an all-around series of activities that has drawn strong interest.
