A caller addicted to plastic surgery appeared.
On the 15th episode of KBS Joy Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller (hereafter Ask Us Anything Fortune Teller), a caller who said she spent 100 million won on facial plastic surgery appeared.
Lee Sugeun asked, "Where haven't you had surgery?" and the caller said, "I didn't do my skull, hands, or feet." She added, "The nose was 2 million won, epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery were 1.1 million won, liposuction was 3.3 million won. I stole my mom's card to restore my epicanthoplasty for 2 million won, at 23 I had my eyes and nose re-operated for 5.5 million won, and double chin liposuction," and then listed each part she had operated on one by one. Hearing this, Seo Jang-hoon said, "How many times have you done your nose?" in exasperation, and Lee Sugeun asked, "Can you smell?"
The two asked to see old photos, and after seeing the photos Lee Sugeun said bluntly, "You must have worried," which drew laughter.
Seo Jang-hoon asked why she started having surgery. She said, "I wasn't interested in my appearance in middle school. A boy I liked said my legs looked like jokbal. Because I was fat." She added, "It was shocking so I lost 12 kg in three months. As I lost weight my face started to appear. I asked my mother for double eyelid surgery. I had surgery for the first time and I passed the high school equivalency exam. I went to the department of aviation operations and everyone there was tall and pretty. A professor also told me to get my nose operated on."
The caller said her finances declined because of studying abroad but that with her mother's help she was able to continue surgeries. She said the hospital also recommended she stop having surgery.
The caller said she still wanted more surgery, and Seo Jang-hoon said, "Don't talk nonsense. This is the limit. If you don't stop here, you'll only end up destroying yourself. Do you look natural when you speak or make expressions now? You look unnatural. Your pronunciation is also unnatural. People can tell you had surgery even without being told. There isn't a single natural facial expression left," delivering a sharp rebuke.
Seo Jang-hoon added, "If you touch it again you'll start to ruin yourself. If you want to keep maintaining, stop at skin care." Lee Sugeun said, "Work hard and find another look. Love yourself."
