Kim Jong-kook showed signs on broadcast after his wedding that he might be taking "expectant father lessons."
On the 14th episode of SBS variety show Running Man, Kim Jong-kook could not hide the glow of a happy newlywed.
That day when Yoo Jae-suk said, "Jong-kook is going to places he never went before," Haha joked, "Did you go with your wife?" When asked about his parents' reaction, Kim Jong-kook calmly replied, "They like it," but the members congratulated him, saying, "Kim Jong-kook, known as a mama's boy, has now become the head of a household." Kim Jong-kook honestly said, "What's really that different? Life is the same."
On the same day on SBS variety show My Little Old Boy, Kim Jong-kook again revealed plans for a child, saying, "I'll have a child right away. I'm at an age where I'm thinking of just one. I'll be grateful if a healthy child comes." He also said, "I've completed the wedding trousseau. Now what I want is a bicycle," but when Kim Dong-hyun asked, "What about a stroller?" the conversation quickly turned to gifting a stroller.
Especially when Kim Hee-chul won a stroller in a drawing, he ran wild asking, "Did you just have a kid now?" and Kim Jong-kook explained, "Of course not." Kim Hee-chul added, "If Kim Dong-hyun wins the stroller, he should have twins," turning the scene into a sea of laughter.
