Felix (25) of the group Stray Kids donated a total of 200 million won on his birthday.
Felix said on the 15th that he donated 100 million won to Samsung Medical Center, and 50 million won each to UNICEF and World Vision. The donations will be used for medical expenses for pediatric and adolescent patients, nutrition and clean water sanitation projects in Laos, and support for children in family caregiving situations in Korea, respectively.
Felix said, "I am deeply moved to be able to join in sharing for a brighter future for children at home and abroad thanks to fans' unwavering love," and added, "I sincerely hope every child can dream freely."
This is not Felix's first act of good will. Last year as well, he donated a total of 150 million won to UNICEF and World Vision over two rounds for children in Laos. He has also continued his "good influence" by delivering support funds for emergency relief after the Syria-Türkiye earthquake, child support projects in Korea, and recovery from wildfire damage in South Gyeongsang and North Gyeongsang.
