On the 13th episode of tvN weekend drama Bon Appetit, Your Majesty, episode 7 depicted Yeon Ji-young (Im Yoon-ah) preparing for a cooking competition with the Ming dynasty.
Yeon Ji-young went to see Lee Heon (Lee Chae-min) and explained the pressure cooker needed for the competition. Lee Heon asked, "What are you planning to do by making something like this?" and Yeon Ji-young said, "It's a combination of cooking and science. This is absolutely necessary," asking him to find someone to make the pressure cooker.
Yeon Ji-young asked, "Isn't there someone named Jang Young-sil?" but Lee Heon explained he was from a previous generation. Yeon Ji-young showed a disappointed expression, and Chang-seon (Jang Gwang), who had been listening nearby, recommended Jang Chun-saeng's (a person surnamed Jang) descendant Jang Chun-saeng instead of Jang Young-sil.
They searched for Jang Chun-saeng, but he did not open his heart easily. To win him over, Yeon Ji-young used a lure by making Dongnae pajeon. Jang Chun-saeng could not resist the smell of the pajeon and came to them, becoming captivated by its taste.
Seizing the moment, Yeon Ji-young persuaded him, "Actually I'm not a person of this era. The reason I'm taking on this task so much is because I love cooking. Seeing people satisfied makes me very happy. I want to show the Ming people my cooking, the taste of Joseon," and in the end Jang Chun-saeng promised to make the pressure cooker.
