Actor Lee Cheol-min's daughter Lee Shin-hyang has been cast in the play "Special Boeing Boeing."
Recently, according to her agency Kreos Entertainment, Lee Shin-hyang will grant in the play "Special Boeing Boeing."
Lee Shin-hyang is reported to have been cast after overcoming fierce audition competition at a rate of 100 to 1. In particular, it is said she auditioned and won the role without her father Lee Cheol-min's help, gaining attention for debuting as an actor without her father's glow despite being an experienced performer.
The "Special Boeing Boeing" in which Lee Shin-hyang grants will be performed at Daehakro Starit Hall from Nov. 1 to Feb. 1 next year; it is a comedy dealing with the happenings surrounding George Seop, a womanizer who has three beautiful stewardess girlfriends.
"Special Boeing Boeing" is based on the original French work that has been performed and loved in more than 50 countries worldwide, and in Korea it has been introduced and loved in Daehakro for 24 years since 2001 through adaptation and arrangement by director Son Nam-mok.
Lee Shin-hyang, who majored in musical theater at Hanyang Women's University, plays the overly charming and lovely stewardess Lee Ji-su. Recently appearing with her father Lee Cheol-min on tvN STORY's "My Child's Love," Lee Shin-hyang has attracted attention for achieving both a variety show appearance and an acting debut at the same time, making her future noteworthy.
