Former figure skater Kim Yuna revealed a special connection between her husband, crossover group Forestella member Go U-rim, and broadcaster Ji Seok-jin.
On the morning of the 13th, Kim Yuna appeared as a guest on "Pinggego," which was released on the YouTube channel "DdeunDdeun." Yoo Jae-suk met Kim Yuna with Cho Sae-ho and Ji Seok-jin and talked with her.
That day Ji Seok-jin emphasized his connection with Kim Yuna. When Yoo Jae-suk asked, "What kind of relationship do you have with Seoksam hyung?", Kim Yuna revealed, "My husband (Go U-rim) was in the military training camp with (Ji Seok-jin's) son."
Ji Seok-jin said he was surprised, "At my son's training completion ceremony I met Mr. U-rim for the first time and was so surprised. His voice was so good. He said, 'I've liked you since long ago,' but his voice was very low and nice."
In fact, Go U-rim is a talented graduate of the Seoul National University vocal music department and is loved for singing the baritone part in Forestella. This made the connection between Kim Yuna and Ji Seok-jin all the more surprising.
Kim Yuna and Go U-rim were married in Oct. 2022.
