The group SEVENTEEN's new special unit S.Coups X Mingyu will meet fans with their new song 5, 4, 3 (Pretty woman) (feat. Lay Bankz).
HYBE (chairman Bang Si-hyuk) Music Group's label Pledis Entertainment posted the track list for S.Coups X Mingyu's mini 1st album HYPE VIBES on SEVENTEEN's official SNS at 10 p.m. on the 12th. According to the post, the new release includes a total of six songs, including the title track 5, 4, 3 (Pretty woman) (feat. Lay Bankz), Fiesta, Worth it, For you, Young again and Earth.
The most attention-grabbing song is 5, 4, 3 (Pretty woman) (feat. Lay Bankz). Rising U.S. Gen Z hip-hop artist Lay Bankz features on the track and also participated in the lyrics. After sweeping TikTok last year with Tell Ur Girlfriend and entering the U.S. Billboard main song chart Hot 100, expectations are high for what kind of synergy he will create with S.Coups X Mingyu.
S.Coups X Mingyu participated in the lyric-writing and composing of all the songs on the new release, creating an album filled with their tastes and sensibilities. From the opening track Fiesta to the final track Earth, the two's passionate and free-spirited energy is evident even in the song titles. Singer and composer BUMZU, who has worked with SEVENTEEN for a long time, and well-known domestic and international producers who have created various K-pop hits also lent their talents to raise the album's completeness.
The album title HYPE VIBES refers to a hot and free atmosphere that anyone can enjoy and connect with.
