"Home Alone" Kim Dae-ho completed a Cebu beach in his home.
On the Dec. 12 broadcast of MBC variety show "Home Alone" (hereinafter "Home Alone"), Kim Dae-ho was shown completing his own beach at "Daeho House No. 2."
That day Kim Dae-ho neatly placed dry wood on the floor of the atrium in the living room of Daeho House No. 2, filled the gaps to separate the space, and then poured 20 boxes of sand onto the floor without hesitation, shocking everyone.
Jun Hyun-moo exclaimed, "Ah, this is crazy, he's really possessed by an evil spirit," and Code Kunst admired, "He's a person crazy about pleasure." In response Kim Dae-ho said, "I'm going to make my long-cherished sandy beach," and seeing this, Jo Yi tried to soften it by saying, "If I were a child, I'd like to have an uncle like this."
In a later interview Kim Dae-ho explained, "The first overseas beach I went to was Cebu. When I saw the white sand I always wanted to keep and enjoy it nearby. When I built the second house I thought it might be possible. There is a reason I made the atrium floor tile. When we first started construction someone suggested putting in a boiler, but I did the groundwork to be able to do what I wanted."
He also said, "Later, how will I clean the sand? What should I do with this? If I think like that I can't do anything. Don't say 'If I do this it'll be a bother' about things that haven't happened yet. Then you'll never do it and die. It's useless to say 'I should have made that Cebu beach before I died.' It's better to just do it and die," showing strong determination.
Having completed his own Cebu beach, Kim Dae-ho expressed his satisfaction, saying, "It's so pretty. I'm very satisfied," and Park Na-rae encouraged him, saying, "If it's a long-cherished wish you should try it at least once."
Then Kim Dae-ho installed a parasol on the sand, named it "Daewoondae," and realized his dream. At that moment he confidently took off his top and even enjoyed a sand bath.
After revealing the physique he bulked up in three months, Kian84 said, "It's kind of decent. His body fat has gone down a bit," and Jun Hyun-moo added, "His chest opened up wide." In response Kim Dae-ho proudly said, "I'm working out. I'm bulking up."
Kim Dae-ho explained what prompted him to take care of himself: "Lately Kian's body has gotten so good. We're both friends in our 40s, and I thought maybe I should get serious too. I've been thinking that. Lately I've been doing home workouts and hiking Inwangsan a lot."
After achieving 100 of something called 스?R on the sand and even doing push-ups, Kim Dae-ho finished exercising, relaxed in the sauna to reduce swelling, and after showering he made food using his own recipe and enjoyed a picnic on the sand.
Jun Hyun-moo, who had initially laughed, expressed envy, saying, "Having sand in your home really seems like a flex. I laughed at first, but it seems fine."
