On the 13th, Kim Ji-hye shared on her personal SNS an update saying she was hospitalized. First, Kim Ji-hye revealed a seaweed soup meal and marveled, "Seaweed soup for the fifth day. Is it really only seaweed soup?"

Meanwhile, Kim Ji-hye and Choi Seong-wook married in 2019. After six years they overcame infertility and announced they had succeeded in becoming pregnant with twins through in vitro fertilization.
Recently, Choi Seong-wook said Kim Ji-hye delivered the twins via emergency cesarean section and that the twins are currently staying in the neonatal intensive care unit.
