Actress Gong Min-jung appears in You and Everything Else.
The Netflix series You and Everything Else, released today (12th), is a story that faces all the time of two friends, Eun-jung (Kim Goeun) and Sang-yeon (Park Ji-hyun), who at every moment most like and admire each other, and also feel jealousy and hatred, becoming entangled throughout their lives.
Gong Min-jung plays Oh Hee-jin, a no-nonsense senior PD in the planning and development team of a film investment and distribution company. Hee-jin speaks bluntly and tersely but is loyal and deep-hearted, a "crispy outside, soft inside" character and a tsundere boss at work to whom Eun-jung can be the only one to confide her true feelings, and audiences are curious to see what other aspects Gong Min-jung, who has given a perfect sync rate to every role she has taken and earned public trust, will show.
Gong Min-jung, who starred in the recently released film Different, Which Is Just Known As, played Su-jin, an illustrator who, while having a boyfriend, Jeong-ho (Gam Dong-hwan), continues secret meetings with Hun-seong (Yu Ui-tae), and plainly conveyed the realistic yet ambiguous traits of the character, once again standing out as a "reliable actor."
Gong Min-jung, who debuted in the 2013 independent film Anyone Who Wants to Die on Their Own Terms, has been building a solid filmography on screen and TV with films such as 82-Year-Old Kim Ji-young and Concrete Utopia, and dramas such as Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Little Women, The One-Won Lawyer, Even Psychiatric Wards Have Mornings, and Sorry Not Sorry.
Meanwhile, You and Everything Else, in which Gong Min-jung appears, is available on Netflix starting today (12th).
