Broadcaster Jang Sung-kyu cheerfully revealed his wife's big spending.
On 11th, Jang Sung-kyu said on his YouTube channel "Manrijang Sung-kyu" that "the person interested in money should manage the finances," noting that he is in charge of the household budget.
He then gave his wife a card, telling her to spend as much as she wanted, and set up alerts so card use details would be sent by text. But his wife said it was "bothering" her and canceled the alerts, and he confessed that 20 million won showed up on the next month's card statement.
Jang defended his wife, saying "it must include the children's education expenses," but immediately got a call from her and looked flustered, drawing laughs.
Meanwhile, Jang bought a building in Cheongdam-dong in 2021 for 6.5 billion won, and as prices rose, he became an owner of a building worth more than 10 billion won.
