"Hangout with Yoo?" Yoo Jae-suk stimulates the dance instincts of actor Lee Jun-young, a former member of the idol group U-KISS.
The MBC variety program "Hangout with Yoo?", which airs on Sept. 13 (directed by Kim Jin-yong, Lee Joo-won, Ahn Ji-seon, Lee Do-eun, Bang Seong-su / writer No Min-seon), depicts PD Yoo Jae-suk and writer Haha holding a song selection meeting for the "80s Seoul Music Festival" with Choi Yu-ri, Wooze, Lee Jun-young and Choi Jung-hoon (Jannabi).
Choi Yu-ri, Wooze, Lee Jun-young and Choi Jung-hoon draw attention as a combination of "shy younger members" who are reserved and bashful even among participants of the "80s Seoul Music Festival." Even those who were too embarrassed to speak burst into chatter during meetings with Yoo Jae-suk and Haha, and Yoo Jae-suk teases them by saying, "Everyone sure talks a lot here," prompting laughter.
Among them, Yoo Jae-suk asks what happened after hearing the rumor that Wooze "talked the most in the waiting room." In response, Wooze explains his connections with Choi Yu-ri, Lee Jun-young and Choi Jung-hoon one by one, revealing the reasons for the waiting-room chatter and drawing interest. Choi Yu-ri, who drew attention as the "voice of the 1980s itself," laments, "People who don't know me well think I'm in my 40s." Choi Jung-hoon showcases his only special skill, and when asked who wants to do a duet, unexpectedly raises his hand with surprising enthusiasm.
In the midst of lively talk, Lee Jun-young, who still can't hide his bashfulness, catches Yoo Jae-suk's radar. Yoo Jae-suk teases him by saying, "You have a charm that keeps making me notice you," piquing curiosity about what he showed. Lee Jun-young recounts and explains an episode of shyness when, during a live SNS broadcast with fans, he panicked and ended the broadcast early after more viewers than expected joined. Haha, hungry for popularity, instead expresses envy, drawing laughter.
During the song selection meeting, Yoo Jae-suk stirs Lee Jun-young's idol instincts and recommends 1980s dance songs he imagines for him, asking, "Jun-young, doesn't that make you excited?" and "Don't you want it?" He also recommends 1980s seasonal songs that would bring out Choi Jung-hoon's unexpected charm. Haha chimes in, "This song would be advantageous for Yu-ri," and joins the persuasion. Yoo Jae-suk and Haha urge them to imagine the stage and ramp up the excitement, increasing curiosity about which songs have already made Lee Jun-young and Choi Jung-hoon's ears turn red.
