The group aespa (aespa, belonging to SME) will offer various versions of their new song "Rich Man" including a featuring version and an English version.
aespa plans to release two versions of the title track "Rich Man" — a Sevdaliza featuring version and an English vocal version — through various music platforms today at 1 p.m., one week after the release of their sixth mini album "Rich Man," drawing strong attention.
Sevdaliza, who participated in the featuring for this song, was born in Iran and raised in the Netherlands and is a singer-songwriter, producer and visual artist. Known for sounds that break genre boundaries and artistic versatility, her participation suggests the "Rich Man" featuring version, showcasing the synergy between the two artists, is likely to receive a strong response.
The title track "Rich Man" is a dance song highlighted by gritty electric guitar sounds that capture the ear; its addictive top line and dynamically unfolding band sound combine with the members' distinctive vocals to deliver unrestrained energy.
aespa's sixth mini album "Rich Man," released Sept. 5, includes six tracks: the title track "Rich Man"; "Drift," notable for its addictive whistle sound; "Bubble," which compares a person's insincere appearance to a bubble; "Count On Me," a dreamy R&B track; "Angel #48," characterized by a lively track sound; and the medium-tempo pop song "To The Girls." With 1.11 million preorders, it signaled the group's seventh consecutive million-seller.
