Comedian Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min finally registered their marriage and became legally married.
On the 11th, the "Junho Jimin" channel uploaded a video titled "Are we really registering? Marriage registration."
That day, Kim Jun-ho and Kim Ji-min filled out the marriage registration form. Kim Jun-ho said, "we married on Jul. 13, but on Aug. 8 we will register when we're at our most energetic," revealing their marriage registration plan. Kim Ji-min said, "We decided to register when we're at our most energetic, so oppa got the witnesses' signatures. Yesterday we got signatures from Hwang Bo-ra and Lee Sang-min, so we just have to fill it out ourselves," she explained.
Afterward, the two began to formally fill out the marriage registration form, and Kim Jun-ho said, "Those registering their marriage should know that it is not done at the community service center. You must go to the district office. Also, you need two witnesses; you don't have to bring them in person but you must get their signatures, and you must not have them sign hastily. If you don't have a seal, you must write your name in block letters." Kim Ji-min asked, "How do you know that so well?" and Kim Jun-ho, trying to defuse the situation, said, "I asked," which drew laughter.
He added, "I'm curious what Yongsan District Office will give us. When Sang-min hyung went to Gangnam District Office to be a witness before, they gave a taegeukgi. They also provided a space to take photos. That's because Korea encourages marriage and childbirth," he explained.
After arriving at the district office, when asked "How do you feel?" Kim Jun-ho said, "Now we become truly legally married. We were an event couple, but now we become truly legally married." Residents who saw the two offered congratulations, and Kim Ji-min joked, "We're receiving the nation's congratulations. We can't fight now."
Kim Jun-ho said, "That's right. Thank you so much for the congratulations. We must live well. We recently did volunteer work, didn't we? We must continue to live while doing volunteer work," and Kim Ji-min said, "We should do volunteer work and take part in good causes. We should only show happy appearances. We're not people who live to be seen, but somehow we've kept showing ourselves."
After submitting the documents, the two received a taegeukgi as a commemorative gift and took a photo together holding the taegeukgi. Looking at the document received after registering their marriage, Kim Jun-ho wondered, "But why does it say 'case' on the marriage registration?" and Kim Ji-min retorted, "Our getting married is a case." Kim Jun-ho laughed, "Case name: marriage registration. That's really funny. Is a marriage registration a case?" and Kim Ji-min joked, "It's an accident, an accident. Our marriage is an accident, an accident."
Kim Jun-ho said, "We're a married couple. Finally a complete married couple," and Kim Ji-min said, "From today I'm a married woman." Kim Jun-ho showed affection, saying, "I'm a married man. I'm Ji-min's husband, Ji-min's protector." Kim Ji-min summed up, "In conclusion, marriage registration is nothing special," and Kim Jun-ho added, "But marriage registration is a case."
Having safely become legally married, the two called Hwang Bo-ra, who had been a witness, and when asked for a congratulatory message Hwang Bo-ra said, "Have a pretty son or daughter like Woo-in and let's form an alliance again," adding warmth to the moment.
Meanwhile, Kim Jun-ho married once in 2006 but divorced by mutual agreement in 2018, and his relationship with Kim Ji-min was revealed belatedly in 2022. The two, who continued a public relationship while showing affection for each other on broadcasts, married in Jul. amid many people's congratulations.
