BTS RM (real name Kim Nam-joon) used his birthday to spread positive influence.
RM on the 12th donated 100 million won each to Seoul Asan Medical Center and Korea University Medical Center. This donation was made to mark his birthday.
In fact, RM has consistently donated every birthday. Accordingly, in 2021 and 2022 he donated to the Overseas Cultural Heritage Foundation, in 2023 to the Korean Society of Legal Medicine, and last year he donated 100 million won each to the veterans' fund.
Regarding the donations, RM said, "I decided to support because I wanted to take part in something meaningful for my birthday. I hope it can be a small help to patients who truly need treatment but are suffering because of financial difficulties."
Regarding his donations, Seoul Asan Medical Center said they would use them to support medical and surgical expenses for disadvantaged patients, and Korea University Medical Center said they would use them to improve medical care environments and expand various medical services.
