Group SEVENTEEN member Jun showcased his multifaceted charm in a fashion pictorial.
On the 12th, HYBE (chairman Bang Si-hyuk) music group label Pledis Entertainment said Jun graced the September cover of China's influential fashion magazine "ELLEMEN FRESH," a special issue celebrating its 7th anniversary.
In this pictorial, Jun pulled off a variety of looks, from ornate frill details and sporty casual outfits to trench coats that exuded an autumnal atmosphere. His diverse charms stood out, ranging from healthy, energetic vibes to a mature aura.
In the interview conducted alongside the shoot, Jun's resolve toward taking on challenges was evident. This year, balancing music activities and acting, he said (starting something new) is like building a wall. You have to lay each brick yourself, and it's not just about forming the shape but also putting your soul into it, conveying his personal philosophy.
About taking on a villain role as Hu Feng, a key member of a crime organization, in the film "Po Feng Chu Ying," he said every time he takes on a different role it feels like experiencing a new soul and feeling a second life. It's a very interesting process. The film, which opened locally on the 16th of last month, has received an explosive response, surpassing revenue of 1 billion yuan in about three weeks.
Jun will meet Korean audiences with "Po Feng Chu Ying." First, he plans to attend the "Open Cinema" section of the 30th Busan International Film Festival on the 19th for a meaningful time. On the official opening dates, the 20th and 21st, he will hold stage greetings at major Seoul cinemas and participate in special GVs. The stage greetings and GVs sold out at lightning speed as soon as reservations opened.
SEVENTEEN, of which Jun is a member, will kick off the dazzling opening of the SEVENTEEN WORLD TOUR [NEW_] at Incheon Asiad Main Stadium tomorrow (the 13th) and the day after tomorrow (the 14th). Tickets for both days sold out on the first day of presales. They plan to perform at Hong Kong's largest venue, Kai Tak Stadium, on the 27th–28th, then continue the tour through five North American cities in October and the four major domes in Japan in November and December.
