Jasson seriously considered rhinoplasty.
On the 12th, a video titled "a person who hasn't slept for 40 years" was posted on the YouTube channel "Hong Hyun-hee Jasson's Hongsseun TV."
That day Jasson said, "Maybe since parenting I can't sleep well. Is it called sleep onset time? It takes a very long time to fall asleep, so after broadcasting and going home, my tension should be down but I feel like I'm bouncing around. It's like my brain feels awake," and said he visited a hospital to get a sleep study.
He added, "The most shocking thing was Junbeom saying, 'Dad, you snored last night.' Hearing that made me realize it's not a small sound. They said they'd do a sleep study," and confessed, "Because my nose is crooked they wanted to check whether my nose or nasal bone is bent and how much it might affect my sleep."
Through consultation with the doctor, Jasson said, "Basically when I wake up I feel like I'm going to die rather than 'I slept well.' It takes an hour to fully wake up. I don't wake up immediately. I feel groggy. I also feel like I have apnea."
A detailed examination soon began. Through an internal nasal exam, Jasson learned that both sides of his nose and his throat had narrow airways.
When told his nose was crooked, before going home Jasson asked, "Do I need nose surgery? Should I get a consultation?" and began a nasal consultation. He confessed, "I came with a very light mind. They said my nostrils are narrow. They're crooked. What am I going to do."
Checking his nasal CT, Jasson exclaimed, "Who hit me?" The doctor explained, "You just need to properly set the central axis. Surgery takes one to two hours and you recover in about two weeks." Jasson reacted positively, "That's okay? I'm not cutting my nostrils or reducing my philtrum here."
The doctor said, "If you don't do cosmetic shaping it recovers a bit faster," while also saying, "Looking at it, actually it's above average for Korea. You could raise it a bit more." While showing satisfaction with his nasal bridge, Jasson worried aloud at the doctor's suggestion, "Raise the nose more? Wouldn't that be too uncomfortable. It would totally change my face since the nose is the center."
When the doctor said, "It can change your impression the most," Jasson said, "Opening it again just makes people think unnecessarily," and "If I have the surgery, it would be a shame to open it and not do more. Since it's already opened," he opened a rhinoplasty booklet, drawing attention.
