Problem Child in House actor Park Young-gyu confessed a heartbreaking story about his son, who died in a traffic accident in 2004.
On the 11th episode of KBS 2TV Problem Child in House (hereafter Problem Child in House), actor Park Young-gyu appeared as a guest.
Park Young-gyu fell silent as he recalled the time his son, who was studying in the United States, suddenly died in an accident. He had to stop acting for seven years after his son's death.
Park Young-gyu said, "At that time I couldn't express it in words. I thought my fate ended there," and added honestly, "I put everything down and left Korea for Canada. I was just waiting for the day I would die." He added, "I didn't want to live, and I wanted to get out of the boundaries of life."
Park Young-gyu also revealed the story of buying 300 pyeong of land for his son. Park Young-gyu, who said, "My dream was to earn money and let my son live in a big house," said he bought the land because he did not want to leave his son in a columbarium, which moved everyone.
