Group EXO member Kai (SME) conquered not only Asia but also North America with his first solo tour.
'2025 KAI SOLO CONCERT TOUR "KAION"' (2025 Kai solo concert tour "Kaion"), after performances in 10 Asian cities including Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Macau, Jakarta, Singapore, Taipei, Manila, Bangkok, Yokohama and Hong Kong, on Aug. 28 (local time) Los Angeles, Aug. 31 Grand Prairie, Sept. 2 Atlanta, Sept. 4 Rosemont, Sept. 6 New York, Sept. 9 Mexico City and other North American six-city performances were successfully concluded.
At the sold-out New York Madison Square Garden performance that shone as "a complete sellout," Kai said, "I always get on stage with a thankful heart, but this time I feel it even more. Thank you for always supporting me from far away. I hope today's performance remains forever in your memories. I will never forget it either. I will receive your energy and repay you with even more amazing stages forever, so I hope you continue to watch over me."
At the concert Kai, during a running time of about two hours, performed songs from his fourth mini album such as 'Wait On Me', 'Adult Swim', 'Walls Don't Talk', 'Pressure', as well as past solo songs like 'Eum', 'Reason', 'Peaches', 'Vanilla', 'Rover', 'Bomba', and continued a medley of EXO hit songs such as 'Growl', 'Tempo', 'The Eve', 'Love Shot', exchanging intense energy with the audience.
Moreover, local fans who filled the venue without gaps admired Kai's flawless performance as "Born to perform," joyfully followed the signature choreography, and to express their affection for Kai they cheered loudly holding slogans and message boards with Korean phrases they made themselves and sang along in large voices, raising the atmosphere on site.
Kai will wrap up the journey of his first solo tour with encore performances over three days from the 26th to the 28th at Jangchung Arena in Jung-gu, Seoul.
